GERM ATTAK - "A BLEAK FUTURE" 7"

New 7" from this Canadian band who had a previous self-released 12". While that 12" was blown-out noise in the Disclose tradition, A Bleak Future finds the band going for more of a UK82 sound a la Vice Squad, GBH and countless Riot City Records bands. They pretty much nail that sound--this stuff is very basic and catchy--though the last song on the record is still a total Discharge rip. Still, a pretty killer record, and on nice-looking color vinyl to boot.
